How is seating arranged?
ISA LA is an outdoor concert/festival with an all-standing concert field area which will be sectioned-off according to Backstage, VIP, and General Admission tickets. There will be no seats available.
General Admission: access to rest of standing field after Backstage/VIP on first-come, first-serve basis.
Backstage & VIP passes: priority entry, with reserved standing section closest to stage.
Is there an age-limit for the concert?
ISA LA is an all-ages event.
What is the line-up?
Performers (in alphabetical order) : After School Special, AJ Rafael, Blush, B.o.B, Clara Chung, David Choi, Dumbfoundead, Far East Movement, I.aM.mE Crew, Jay Park, Sean Kingston, Timothy DeLaGhetto, Wong Fu Productions
Hosts: Cathy Nguyen, Kevin Wu, and Ryan Higa.
What time do doors open and how long will the show run?
Doors open at 1:00PM. Show starts at 3:00PM.
Because this is an outdoor festival with more activities and a larger line-up, the entire day will run for about 8-9 hours, with actual concert time running for about 5-6 hours.
How are lines prior to the show organized?
There will be separate lines for VIP passes and General Admission, with VIP pass holders gaining priority entry. Backstage Pass holders will receive an email prior to the event with specific instructions on early entry.
Are cameras allowed inside the venues?
Yes, cameras are allowed inside the venues.

Will I be able to buy my ticket at the door the day of the event?
If tickets are not sold out by the day of the event, then we will have tickets available at the door. In all of our past concerts, tickets were sold out before the day of the event so we highly suggest you purchase your tickets early on.
Can I get a refund on my ticket(s)? How late can I get a refund?
No refunds or exchanges.

Will there be a ticket tour in Los Angeles?
Wong Fu Productions will be at Lollicup in Irvine, CA at the Diamond Jamboree from 7-9 PM to sell hard ISA LA tickets. This is NOT a meet and greet.

VIP / BACKSTAGE PASSES
I forgot to list my shirt size(s) when I purchased a VIP Pass or Backstage Pass.

I listed the wrong shirt size(s) when I purchased a VIP Pass or Backstage Pass. What can I do?
You can email sales@isatv.com with your order number to add your shirt size to your order or make changes to your shirt size.
However, please note that for VIP Pass holders, providing your shirt size does not guarantee you will receive the requested size. We are simply taking note of the sizes requested to use when placing our shirt order to try to ensure as many people can get the sizes they requested. Shirt sizes will still be subject to availability and distributed on a first come, first serve basis.
Backstage Pass holders are guaranteed to receive the shirt size they requested.
Will my Backstage/VIP Pass be mailed to me?
If you purchased a Backstage/VIP through our online store, your passes will be available online to print. Please bring your ticket with you to the concert and a valid photo ID.
I ordered a Backstage Pass. When do I get to enter the venue?
All backstage pass holders will receive special instructions via email no later than 1 week prior to the event date with specific instructions on early entry.
Where/when can I pick up my ISA t-shirt and poster?
VIP Pass holders can pick up their t-shirt and poster at the ISA Merchandise booth before the show, during intermission, and after the show. Backstage passes will be able to pick up these items backstage in the Green Room.

Who is able to meet and greet with the artists?
Due to time constraints, only VIP/Backstage Pass holders will be allowed access to the Artist Meet & Greet after the concert.
When is the meet and greet session?
Meet and Greets with artists will be held throughout the day and will be open to V.I.P./Backstage holders only at a specified location. There will be a specific schedule for each individual artist and we will make announcements throughout the day to inform the fans as to when a particular artist will be holding their meet and greet, at which point, you will be able to line-up accordingly.
What happens if I miss the Meet & Greet time for a specific artist?
Artists will only be available at the time listed.
Will all the artists be there for meet and greet?
We will try our best to have all the artists there for the meet and greet.
Will there be an addition Meet & Greet after the show?
We do not plan on having a meet & greet after the show.
Can we take pictures with the artists during the meet and greet session?
Unfortunately, photographs taken with the artists will not be allowed but autographs are allowed. In order for us to try and accommodate all VIP/Backstage Pass holders to be able to meet and greet with the artists before the venue closes, we cannot allow photographs during the meet and greet session as it slows the line down substantially.
SPECIAL QUESTIONS/NOTES ON OUTDOOR FESTIVAL
Is there a drop-off area that cars can drive into?
Yes, just enter through the regular parking lot, tell an attendant that you are being dropped off and they will direct you accordingly.
What happens if it rains?
The show will go on rain or shine.
Will we be allowed to leave the venue at any time and gain re-entry?
Ins and outs will not be allowed.
Will there be restrooms available?
Portable restrooms units will be available inside the park as well as near the entrance.
Will there be food available?
Yes! We will have food trucks and local food vendors there, so bring your appetite!
Will we be able to purchase artist merchandise?
Yes! There will be booths located throughout the venue where you can browse and purchase merchandise.
Will there be ATMs?
There will be no ATMs inside the venue.
Will there be re-entries?
No
